Financial Scholarships awarded to qualified Wrangell High School Graduates who enroll in Health Career classes. |
This scholarship award will be $1000 per year (up to 4 years) for the selected recipient(s). Any Wrangell High School Graduate who wishes to further their education in a health-related field are eligible to apply. Award years three and four are contingent upon the awardee(s) continuing their educational program in a health-related field.
Applicants must have graduated from Wrangell High School, received their GED or are scheduled to graduate in the current application year. The following documents will need to be attached to the scholarship application:
All scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee on April 30 each year. The review will be done by the committee as a group.
The Scholarship Committee will be composed of three to six foundation board members.
Applicants must have graduated from Wrangell High School, received their GED or are scheduled to graduate in the current application year. The following documents will need to be attached to the scholarship application:
- Copy of high school transcript or GED Diploma
- Letter of Acceptance from college
- Two letters of recommendation
